Alchemy Real Estate Advisors Expands National Presence in California and the Midwest
LOS ANGELES, CA (August 11, 2025) — Alchemy Real Estate Advisors has announced the expansion of its national footprint with new hires in California and the Midwest.
The team is pleased to announce the recent addition of Vice President Josh Mehlberger, who will assist in leading the team’s West Coast efforts. The experienced dealmaker has closed over $1.3 billion in sales and possesses an unmatched knowledge of the Western region’s investment community and demand sources.
Before joining Alchemy, Josh facilitated institutional sales on behalf of Costar, where he worked closely with some of the nation’s largest real estate owners, private equity firms, REITS, lenders, and CMBS special servicers.

Additionally, Associate Mike Hebbeln has joined Alchemy’s Midwest team, where he will support operations through financial modeling, marketing development, and due diligence coordination. Mike holds a BBA in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Iowa and has previous experience in hotel operations and asset management with Lodging Capital Partners in Vail, Colorado.
