Alchemy Real Estate Advisors Welcomes Industry Veteran Ros Mallory as Senior Vice President
CHARLOTTE, NC (September 6, 2025) – Alchemy Real Estate Advisors (AREA), a national hotel-focused commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce that Ros Mallory has joined the firm as Senior Vice President.
Mallory brings more than 25 years of hospitality and investment experience to AREA. He spent 15 years with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he helped lead the East Coast hotel investment sales team and executed more than $2 billion in hotel transactions, including single-asset sales, portfolios, and hotel note sales.
He has extensive experience representing institutional owners, including private equity firms, public REITs, and CMBS special servicers, while also maintaining strong relationships with regional hotel owner/operators. Most recently, Mallory served as Chief Investment Officer for Pharos Hospitality, a Charlotte-based hotel owner and operator.

Mallory holds a BA from Wake Forest University and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
