Alchemy Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of the Hampton Inn and Residence Inn South in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on behalf of an institutional owner. The properties are located at 8219 W Jefferson Blvd. and 7811 W Jefferson Blvd. in Fort Wayne’s growing southwest corridor.
The buyer is a prominent private owner and developer in the Midwest with a sizable regional hospitality footprint. The investor will retain the Hampton Inn and Residence Inn brands and plans to complete sizable PIPs to elevate the guest experience and reposition the hotels for long-term growth.
The hotels are situated along West Jefferson Boulevard. The location affords strong visibility, convenient regional access, and proximity to a diverse mix of medical, corporate, and retail demand drivers, reinforcing the properties’ appeal to both business and leisure travelers.
