Josh Mehlberger is a Vice President with Alchemy Real Estate Advisors (AREA) in Los Angeles, California. Josh is an experienced real estate professional with a successful track record of more than $1.3 billion in sales. Before joining Alchemy, Josh facilitated institutional sales on behalf of CoStar, where he worked closely with some of the nation’s largest real estate owners, private equity firms, REITs, lenders, and CMBS special servicers. His extensive market knowledge and client-focused approach have made him a trusted expert in the commercial real estate industry. Josh earned his Economics degree from the University of Southern California and began his advisory career in 2017.
