Ros Mallory

Ros Mallory is a Senior Vice President with Alchemy Real Estate Advisors (AREA), bringing more than 25 years of hospitality and investment experience to the team. He spent 15 years with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he helped lead the East Coast hotel investment sales team and executed more than $2 billion in transactions across single assets, portfolios, and hotel note sales. Ros has deep expertise advising institutional clients—including private equity firms, public REITs, and CMBS special servicers—while also cultivating strong relationships with regional hotel owners and operators. Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Officer for Pharos Hospitality, a Charlotte-based hotel owner and operator. Ros earned his BA from Wake Forest University and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
